I've wasted about 4 hours hours this evening doing no work, but simply just having dinner and watching Casino Royale on Channel 5, and after that, Eagle Eye on HBO.
Daniel Craig has gorgeous eyes and I love his accent, but nevertheless, I do not think James Bond should be played a blonde man. Plus, Eva Green so stunning and beautiful. I loved her in The Golden Compass.
Eagle Eye was so awesome. It's sort of like a mixture of Enemy of the State and I.Robot. Basically machines outsmart humans and force them to do terrible things like rob a bank, hijack a car and assassinate the President of the United States. Makes you wonder whether it really is possible that the CIA, FBI or Secret Service really do have access to our hard lines and that they can track us and listen to our conversations or whatever.
Oh and I watched Deep Blue Sea after lunch as well. Mutant sharks are so passe, but this one was different, because it stars Thomas Jane, who looks breathtaking in his role as Carter Blake, a shark hunter. He has a totally svelte body and oozes sexuality. I didn't even mind that he was blonde. He was such a gentleman in that movie.
All right I've wasted almost the entire day watching movies. Thank god there is no dance training tomorrow. Gotta catch up with all the nasty homework.
Off to do Health Psych.

It's finally the weekend but I still don't get a reprive from schoolwork. I set my alarm to go off at 9am this morning, but I simply shut it off and slept the day away until about 10.45am. I was just so darn tired. Though I had weird dreams. I like having dreams actually, because it's amazing how my mind can make the simplest things look so silly, comical and nonsensical. Once I dreamt Tom Cruise and I were on a motorbike and we rode to a huge dump site fully of garbage and we started jumping on the pile of rubbish and singing Father Abraham.
School's been busy. Like this week was rushed and hectic and sort of went by in a blur. Was adding finishing touches to Counselling, APIP results section and Abnormal Psych project. Kudos to Shu for summarizing the Abnormal Psych report. Honestly I hate word limits. If I were a lecturer, I won't bother setting maximum word counts. I'd do minimums, but not maximums. It's just cruel.
Anyway I'm thinking of taking bus 70 or 43 back home instead of bus 103. You see, the bus stop where bus 103 is, is on the opposite side of where bus 70 and 43 is. And the only reason I take bus 103 is because there are less people and the journey is a little bit longer so I simply sit in the mildly empty bus and brood about the day.
Unfortunately all those nasty foreign workers take the same bus. It's a turn off really, because they smell, for one. And it's disturbing, because even my perfume couldn't override the power of their nasty stench. There was this one time this foreign worker was sitting in front of me and I swear I almost choked to death. So I sneakily took out my perfume bottle and gave a quick spray. To my dismay, his stench lingered. I kept picturing his odor particles pushing my perfume particles away and dominating the entire area.
Plus, they stare. Which is fine, if they do for a bit. But after a while, it gets annoying and rude and bleh. Because they're creepy and sick and gross. Bitches, the lot of them are. They should all just die. Hate them much. I want to drive a stake through their hearts and watch them bleed to death while I bask in their glory. Unfortunately, I'm not one who suffers from antisocial personality.
And I don't give a rat's ass about being prejudiced against them. They're a bane of the human existence. They should all just die and rot away I swear. AND their compounds is, like 8 bus stops away from me! I pity those who live next to them.
Pigs. I'm sorry. It's an reflex to curse them into oblivion whenever I see or speak of them.
Bitches, the lot of them are. They should DIE.
All right. Moving on. Watched Transformers yesterday with Ass and Per project mates because the character that we're supposed to studying is Sam Witwicky. I actually intended to read Health Psych chapters and do the quizzes but an action-movie junkie like me couldn't resist the awesome droid battle scenes.
Scorponok for the win! And in case you're wondering, Scorponok is the Decepticon that was fighting the Special Ops team in Qatar with the Middle Eastern men in their town. I realized not many people know who Scorponok is.
Judy Witwicky: Why are you so sweaty and filthy?
Sam Witwicky: I'm a child.
Shoe and I were agreed that it'd be better to Transform into aeroplanes than land vehicles. And that the name Starscream is cool, but Starscream is like a Munchkin and is very silly and dumb. I thought the 2nd movie was not as good as the 1st movie. William Lennox made little appearances. Bugger.
Back to homework now. Things to do before I officially drop to my knees and praise Lord Jesus for relieving me of hell:
- APIP discussion section
- APIP presentation
- Ass and Per project (of which is a blur to me)
- Health Psychology (of which is very draining, mentally)
- Counselling Psych term test
- Abnormal Psychology exam
I just realized that many of the HSS juniors will be taking up a Special Topics subject during the vacation term, which means they'll be studying only for 3 electives, instead of the original 4. Dang. Shoe and I are doing 4 electives next semester. We'll be slogging it out, but hopefully out timetables won't have ugly gaping holes in it.
Psychology of Criminal Behavior, Psychology of Addictive Behavior, Psychology of the Exceptional Child, and Human Factors Psychology. I'm dreading Human Factors Psychology. The idea of studying machines doesn't impress me one bit I swear.
Grrr. Back to school work.
Peace.
Them foreign construction workers should all just die.

Sweetly adorable. Kittens are so beautiful. And so are puppies.
Anyway, lots of deadlines laughing at us in the face. It's a hectic week. I would bet that many HSS people would be up online the whole night rushing out Abnormal Psychology report and APIP results section. I'm pretty glad that my group members and I have completed them. What's left for me is Health Psych, which is very mentally draining, write up of our APIP discussion and APIP presentation, & Health Psych quizzes.
Counselling Psychology project has been submitted. Good riddance, though the process of filming the 3 sessions were horribly amusing. Azeemah told me that majority of the bloopers involved me and my hysterical fits of laughter, constantly getting names wrong and bursting into uncontrollable fits of laughter after saying my first few words of the proposed sentence in the script.
Abnormal Psych exam on the 24th of Feb and Counselling term test which is shockingly in a week's time. Oh, and I forgot. Ass and Per project which somehow seems insignificant. I feel like Ass and Per has been much of a blur this semester. Like I've learnt nothing actually.
Plus, there's GEMs concert training as well. Auditions are officially over. I'm in 3 items and it'll be exciting to start training, which should be next week. I hope it won't be everyday, because studies & assignments are already a silent killer for us all.
Finished up my bit for Health Psychology and decided to watch Practical Magic on YouTube. I realized Nicole Kidman looks much more beautiful as a redhead than as a blonde. The surprising thing is that Nicole Kidman and Sandra Bullock both look exactly the same when they starred in Practical Magic in 1998 and now. Okay, maybe not exactly the same, but it's as though they've hardly aged. I wonder if they secretly eat placenta to maintain their youth and grace.
Watched Interview with the Vampire: The Vampire Chronicles when I came home. It's such a brilliant movie. Honestly, Kirtsen Dunst had to play a vampire who is like 100 years old and trapped in a 10 year old body. It was a little unnatural to hear her say the words "My love", to Brad Pitt's character and carress him lovingly. It's such a pity she died because she was burnt to a crisp due to exposure to sunlight. Tom Cruise plays a psychotic vampire who can never seem to die, despite being slit across the throat & eaten by alligators or even being burnt alive.
Aaargh. Have not read the chapter on Developmental Disorders for Abnormal Psychology quiz tomorrow. Bugger. Oh sod it, I'm going to bed. It's 1.15am already.
Grrrr. Good night, cruel world.

I'm so emotionally drained, I can't even find the words to express how I feel right now.
I walked home like a zombie today. Broke down at the MRT station. Down a bottle of water in 10 seconds flat.
I'm going to watch Practical Magic. I don't care about school work right now. Honestly. My soul and heart has been fractured from the ordeal today.

The reality of the amont of homework has just hit me full in the face.
The body is now reverting back to its usual routine of attaining less than 8 hours of productive and sound sleep.
Dug up some old VCDs and found Practical Magic. Its a movie about these 2 witches and how they were forced to kill this man who was about to kill one of them and now they've come back to haunt them.
It was my favourite movie when I was a young girl. I remember cringing in fright when the spirit of that man came to haunt them and how every night, I'd be afraid something would happen. I think that's how my childhood fear of monsters and ghouls under the bed manifested. Afraid that one day a spirit would possess my body and I'd do unthinkable things.
It's be fun to go back to my childhood, but not as a child, but you know, pretend that there's a Pensieve like Dummbledore has and I'll stick my nose in a swirl of memories and head back there and watch everything from a different perspective.

I Need Sleep.
My id seems to be more dominant than my ego at times.
My eyelids are closing and waning.
I have strong support for the objects relations theory.
My mum thinks "lol" means lots of love.
I did not make it pass the auditions, tyvm.
My GPA will probably slip this term.
I am highly neurotic, ambitious and insecure.
Health Psych is starting to wear me down.
Dance is draining me emotionally.
I am feeling a jealous stab in my heart.
I want to be Aurora so I can have 3 fairy godmothers to grant me wishes.
My fractured heart needs healing.
My low self esteem is at an all time high.
I want to be a better dancer.
I want to go to the States and study and then live in France.
I want to hunt for long flowery skirts and long sleeved black tops.
I want to be Jasmine and see the world from Aladdin's magic carpet
I like black comedies.
I am giving up the idea of reading the chapter on Personality Disorders before bed.
I want to watch The Wolfman, Legion, Daybreakers, Nine, The Box, The Blind Slide, Eagle Eye and Alice in Wonderland when they are released.
I want to be Pocahantas because she can fly with the wind and sing the songs of nature.
Foreign Bangladeshi workers should just die.

Auditions for Gin's routine at 7pm today. I've been practicing quite a bit in front of the mirror, though I think I'm not good. I still feel the feel. I don't know. It's weird. I want to improve. But I don't know how though. I want to be as awesome as Keshia
HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA. Honestly, if that ever happened, Bobby will start talking to me.
My low self esteem is always at an all time high. This is no exception.
Wish me luck.
Things to Accomplish Today
#1 Study Abnormal Psyche
#2 Read Counselling Psyche for quiz
#3 Get through Gin's auditions
Finished my part of the Health Psych report this morning. Am feeling a sense of relief and accomplishment. I was complaining much about pooling in sources from the World Wide Web.
I want to go the States and study. Or London. I can totally pull a British accent.

I wish I were a good dancer. Like not just good. But yeah. You know what I mean. I wanna be able to catch steps in an instant and carry it out properly. Hitting and holding and all.
Didn't get into Badd's item which was like...dang.
Gin taught her routine today and it was darn fast. I don't think I'm going to be able to get through her audition for this item.
On the way home on the bus, I kep wondering if I made the right decision to dance. I mean. Look at me, and look at people like Hakeem and Badd and whoever's brilliant. It's like I'm an elephant attempting to be cool.

I feel so lost and confused about Health Psychology project. Like. The information tip sheet is pretty staightforward. But I can't figure out the literature review and what we're supposed to include.
I don't wish to attain a B for this subject. Yes, I'm that neurotic and am that ambitious. I need directions in life.

Gah. Just came back from dance training. Darn tired. My ribs are aching from chest isolations. Badd taught his routine today. It wasn't a hip hop routine, more like jazz funk. It was real nice I though. Bit of a change from hip hop. Learnt the choreo during the Juniors' time slot, and stayed back from 8.30pm to about 9.30pm with Xephrey to clean up, as best we can, the steps that we learnt.
Dance again tomorrow. Luckily the mother was all right, but maybe because I told her I end at 1pm then will be coming home first.
All right. Gotta do Health Psych and study Abnormal Psych later. Persevere!

The start of the term has been a crazy week of some sorts. SDLs reign the week and I'm starting to detest online assignments because I don't really find it engaging as compared to classroom activities. I have yet to complete the second SDL assignment for A&P, along with the draft script for Counselling and draft report for Abnormal Psych, along with Health Psych.
My life is a blur.
To add to stress, I have dance rehearsals for GEMs concert next week onwards everyday, from 7pm tp 10pm on the weekdays and 9am to 6pm on Saturdays. I spoke to the mother about this and she has expressed her refusal to let me attend dance trainings everyday. My dad presented the same concerns and I'm wondering if I can actually partake in less items so that I can continue to focus on my studies, such that the parents won't blow a gasket. As much I want to perform, I don't want my studies to be neglected and my grades to slip. And there goes my USA dream.
Finished up our APIP experiment and spent the 4 hour break with Shoe. We watched 3/4 of Revenge of the Fallen and it was so great. Finally, a girl who shares the same interest in the movie as I do.
I'm intending to buy high tops online, because I need shoes for dance. Aaaargh! Dance. I seriously am unable to attend trainings everyday. My mum almost burst a blood vessel when I said the word "everyday".
I don't know what to do. Need help much.

I was blissfully surfing the World Wide Web ( for school-related reasons) when my mother requested my assistance in helping her to put everything in the store room back in its usual place after she had finished cleaning it out, and also to discard the unwanted items, while she went out to meet her lunch date with her friends.
I acquiesced to her request, and abandoned my earpiece which was plugged in to the laptop, of which was playing the smooth vocals of Beyonce belting out the song Halo, and headed to the storeroom. The items that had once been hoarded up in the storeroom were neatly segregated into 2 large plastic bags, marked diligently with a paper, "Keep" and "Throw!!"
So I decided to arrange the items marked "Keep" back in the proper places first. Once that was done, I made my way to the items that were to be thrown out. The plastic bag contained books, ornaments and clothes; spare parts from our old vacuum cleaners, cracked CD covers of Kylie Minogue, Geroge Benson and Julio Iglesias, and stacks of old bills, dating back to 2001.
I reached into the bag and extracted the books and started sifting through them. Most belonged to my dad; books about marketing, economy and politics of which stirred not one bit of interest in me. Some were ancient cookbooks with many missing pages. Then I spotted a book, of which belonged to my mother.
I craked open the book and found myself in the middle of the 4th chapter, read the information in there and was mildly intrigued.
According to the book, Conception, Pregnancy and Birth, "some common side effects that you will experience thoughout this wonderful 9 month journey, as reported by many women, include nasal congestion, bloating, food cravings and/or aversion, increased feet size, heartburn or indigestion and increased flatulence"
Well according to this book, my whole family is pregnant.

I was watching re-run clips of Las Veags on youtube & it intrigues me as to why the main characters - Danny and Delinda - can seemingly have sex in a random place in their place of work at any time of the day. Bearing in mind that the male lead is the President of the casino that they are working in, its very disturbing.
Though I find it romantic that they kiss each other lovingly and say loving words to each other, and that the man is so protective of her and that he makes fun of her in a loving way. Sure it's all drama and it's fake, but I like to have my own fantasies about such relationships once in a while. Doesn't hurt righht?
Pre-marital sex seems to be in vogue in the States and its just wrong, for me I mean, because I remember taking "vow" of virginity when I was 11 years old after reading a book about a Christian girl and her woes in having a relationship and how he keeps asking her to have sex with him and how she's in a ditter because her friend got pregnant at the age of 16 and she didn't want to be single mother on the verge of going to college and stuff. So at the end of the book, the author fashioned a vow that's meant to be fun and asked the readers to sign it, swearing that we will not engage in premarital sex until we get married.
I still have that, locked in my cupboard.
Neverthess, Danny McCoy, played by Josh Duhamel is sexy. Move aside Johnny Depp!
ACK! What am I saying? I'm so unfaithful!
Okay back to Health Psych SDL, then A&P SDL. Gin cancelled class again. Bummer. Though she announced that concert training will begin next week. This means a week of mental preparation for the commitment, plus time taken away from school work to makde GEMs 5 a successful production.

Okay, so it's 2010 now (: I like the number 2010, for some strange reason. It's like a poem that rhymes.
I never managed to clear out my cupboard in the end because after what I've been through, I should, or hope, to be immune to bad luck. Besides, I don't think I'm ever supposed to believe in luck, considering the fact that I would prefer to be in control of my own fate and experiences in life.
I so did not bother to watch the Countdown to 2010. I was watching The Dark Knight on HBO and I like the part where Bruce blows up his cool car during the fight scene with the Joker when the S.W.A.T team were attempting to transport Harvey to jail or something. It always puzzled me as to why Batman had to speak in a weird low gravelly voice. Until now.
Attempted to do Health Psych SDL, but I can't access the web links. Tried reading Chapter 4 of the A&P textbook, but gave up miserably. So I decided to complete the stuff I was to do for APIP.
Was watching a youtube video on Susan's Boyle performance on Britain's Got Talent that shot her to fame. Oh my god I burst into laughter seeing how Simon's face morphed into surprise as his eyes widened in shock and his mouth went slightly slack. Now I know how come some people can actually cry when they hear someone fantastic sing a song. Those suckers in the audience who laughed at her looked like they have an egg on their face. They were so darn cynical when they laughed at her. Meanies, the lot of them are.
I just realized the the host of Britain's Got Talent in that video is Scottish. I think Scottish accents are...unique, but after hearing it for long, it induces a wave of annoyance. Except for Merry and Pippin in the Lord of the Rings because they're cute.
Connie Talbot is so cute! I love it when Simon looks as though he has an egg on his face. Though I don't know why the judge cried at her performance. Connie was brilliant though.
Dang. Q'Orianka Kilcher is brilliant! She plays Pocahontas in the movie, The New World, with Christian Bale as Thomas & Colin Farrel as John Smith. It should be the other way round!
Anyway, I gave Shoe, Jess and Nette their belated Christmas gifts and hope they like it (: I got Shoe an awesome set of Narnia & Disney Princess postcards; for Nette, a blue shawl & for Jess, a teddy bear, because she has a thing for bears (:
