Just came home from watching New Moon. Did I mention that I watched it alone? Just me and myself. I actually asked Nette and Jess, but they weren't free, and I texted Shoe as well, but forgot that she's on a cruise.

So I decided to go myself because I cannot stand the idea of spending another boring minute at home and doing nothing. Thank God I have dance tomorrow, even though its only for an hour. Right. One hour only. Hmmm. I've been dancing for at least 2 hours from Thursday to Sunday and my body was aching. Now I'm better and up roarin' to go. Need to improve!

Yes so I caught the 1.30pm movie. And overall I must say it was pretty good. I watched it with an action-movie perspective, rather than a romantic-movie perspective. Anyway, I think Kristen Stewart is really beautiful and pretty. She looks good as a brunette, as compared to a blonde, when she acted in Panic Room. Alice Cullen, Edward's sister is very pretty too.

Nevertheless, can I just say that I think I know why so many girls are crazy over Edward Cullen? Or at least, according to what I feel, Edward's very gentlemanly and sensitive. He's the kind of guy who won't shout at you and will tolerate your nonsense, yet he still loves you whole-heartedly. Okay I think the reason why girls go gaga over him is because he says corny and romantic things to you that make your heart melt; like you're the most precious gem on Earth and all.

Jacob, on the other hand, is a little more wild. He's still a gentleman, but not as sensitive as Edward. He doesn't say any corny or tacky stuff, but he'll has a way of making you know that he loves you.

One thing Edward and Jacob both have in common, is that they're tacky in telling Bella that they want to leave her not hurt her. They said in a way that makes Bella...misunderstand their actual intentions.

Still. Okay Wei Min is so going to say 'I told you so', but I would choose Edward for his sensitivity, but I'd choose Jacob for that hot svelte body of his. I think the werewolves are pretty good looking. Plus they're inseparable brothers, even when Bella slapped on of them and Jacob went got into a cat fight with him, they were still so chummy with each other. And it's so sweet that their leader, Sam, is marrying Emily. But its sad that he accidentally disfigured her. The werewolves have better bodies than Edward. But Edward is taller.

Edward. Is so...pale. I mean, he looks like a drug addict getting stoned. And Jacob, well he honestly looked so MUCH better with his hair short. He looked like he escaped from the set of 10,000 B.C. He looked like a bloody caveman. I mean honestly guys don't look good with such long hair.

I think Victoria is darn pretty as well, the crazy-ass vampire who's bent on sucking the blood out of Bella, because Edward killed her partner. Red-heads are good looking. Red hair is so, special and outstanding.

And Jane, played by Dakota Fanning, was pretty much pointless. I didn't see the significance of her role. Felix as well. One thing I don't get is how come the Cullens don't have red eyes, while the other vampires have red eyes. I think I need to say the first Twilight movie, because I wanna see what Edward did to Victoria to make her so aggravated.

But may I just say that I'm not a Twilight fanatic because of this. The ending was silly though. I hate sudden endings.

Anyway, I watched The Princess and the Frog on Saturday and I absolutely LOVED it. PRINCE NAVEEN IS HANDSOME! Oh god French accents are so freaking sexy. I mean, sure Prince Naveen's a playboy with not much of a responsibility, but he's very....tooty and cute. It's a tooty love story. I seriously love it a lot, but some parts were scary, especially when the bad guys were doing their thing.

Watched the trailer for Avatar and I'm determined to watch it, along with Sherlock Holmes. I love action movies. They give me an adrenaline rush.

Aaargh I've already broken my health contract by eating one Tim Tam and a pack of chocolates during the movie. AAAAARGGGGH! I need to lose weight. I'm fat.
According to Blogthings.com, only well-educated people are able to understand my jokes. Well this should explain why my mum and I hardly get along at times.

Am currently in love with this song now: Nudity, by Kylie Minogue

Oh happy day!

Went for extra dance classes after HipHop and MTV at O School and it was totally awesome. Okay so I already know how to bounce and all, but I was trying really hard to do a hand wave plus this cool walking thing which was awesome and fun to learn.

HH open class was good. I'm so happy Managed to catch the timings and all better after the instructor made us practice and practice so that I could catch the timing right, because the other guy caught it. He was good though so I pushed myself to catch it all.

So it was only the three of us at the class and at the end the instructor recorded us doing the routine.

Okay off to - reluctantly - watch The Princess and the Frog with the sister. I haven't finished all the Health quizzes. Did 2 this morning & shall complete the rest tomorrow.

Toodles. Gotta go change.

Went for Gin's class today at O School, and I might say it was a very trying experience. There were like 2 or 3 people whom I recognized, one of whom is my senior in TPDE. Was expecting Kesh, Marcus and/or Shirlyn to be there as well, but they weren't. I suppose they're still having exams. But still, it was probably a blessing. I didn't want them to see how unclean my steps were. Gin used this song - Hard - by Rihanna for the choreography.

I definitely need to improve. I caught most of the steps, but it was way unclean. And when I looked at others, they seemed to be hitting harder than me and I'm like, how did they do that. I mean they look good hitting it hard, but when I do it, it looks wrong.

Then Gin had XueHui tape it when I honestly hope it doesn't get posted on youtube or something, because I seriously sucked. I suddenly couldn't do the steps properly, as compared to when the routine was being recorded.

The same went for Lyrical Hip Hop. Caught majority of the steps but pretty unclean and with me either not hitting hard enough or looking wrong when i attempt to do so, screwed up during the videotaping session. I wonder how going for open classes will help me overcome this problem. I think Lyrical Hip Hop is nice, if you do it well. I like how you dance according to the lyrics, such that almost every movement has a meaning prescribed to it. Still, it was my 1st time doing LA and Lyrical Hip Hop and it was relatively different from Hip Hop or Reggae.

I'm pretty afraid that I'm actually not improving. I mean, from day 1 as compared to now, I definitely can catch steps faster and remember them. I think I'm suspended between Beginner and Intermediate level.

Gah! I've been watching reruns of Holland Village. Plus, found this totally awesome comedy from 1988 called Roseanne and am currently addicted to it.

Health Psych quizzes are due this Sunday and I have not touched a single one. Shall do them tomorrow before I go for dance. Toodles (:

Abnormal Psych test begins in approximately 15 hours & can I say that I'm feeling pretty nervous?

I keep mixing up the diagnostic criteria for the different disorders and it totally pisses me off.

I honestly hope I can do the test. I CANNOT score anything less than an A for this subject. Not that I'm being proud or anything; I've been conditioned by childhood trauma to need to get excellent grades to please the parents.

I had suicide ideation in secondary 4 when I failed all my tests, tyvm.

After Abnormal Psych test, I intend to watch the channel 8 series, Holland Village & resume open dance classes.

I have intentions to quit Modern dance, because its just not working for me. This sounds oddly familiar.

Sometimes I think being in TPDE is stressful, because so many people in TPDE are better than me and I have to struggle so much to keep much with them.
And it's not like I have many friends in TPDE. I'm not really close to a lot of people; I don't hang out with them much, because I don't know them well and long enough.

Gee now I know why Shoe keeps blabbing about the feeling of having no friends. Sucks ass.

I was studying yesterday and Bobby was sleeping at my feet, when all of a sudden he starts woofing. I figured he wanted me to scratch the back of his ears or play with him or something so I decided to humour him for a bit. I looked down and I realized that Bobby was lying at my feet still, with his eyes closed. And I was thinking "what in the world is Bobby doing?" and then he started woofing again. I got a bit worried so I touched him on the head and he immediately woke up, and that was when it dawned on me that Bobby was having nightmares - or at least, bad dreams. Bobby is living proof that dogs do dream (: I wish I could relive that moment again. It was a hilarious you-HAD-to-be-there moment.

Blogthings just revealed that if I were to be a bra, I'd be a flashy red bra (: Red is hot. If I could, all my bras would be lacey. I don't want cartoons on them because they're for babies. C'mon, lace is sexy.

I want bras from Victoria's Secret & Frederick's of Hollywood. I have CK bras though. Even my own brother has CK boxers, but the fact that he wears boxer in the house without any pants is disturbing, because he ruined my dream-epitome of a hot gorgeous man in boxer shorts. My dad sticks to traditional plain underwear. His mantra is, if its comfortable and covers, why not?

The only branded stuff I own are:

1) Levi's 501s
2) Guess belt
3) Prada key purse
4) Vera Wang Princess perfume (my first perfume and my favourite ever)
5) Calvin Klein bras
6) my new GORGEOUS WATERPROOF ARMANI EXCHANGE BAG

This reminds me. I want to get Vera Wang Princess again. I've run out and its my maiden scent from secondary 4. Maybe when I grow up, I'll set up a perfume store selling perfume (: If Janell wants to be a book-keeper, I'll be a perfume keeper =)

Christmas is coming! It's my favourite time of the year, because Christmas songs are being played and I love them! Not like nasty Chinese New Year songs. Plus - PRESENTS. I love presents! I already know what my Mum got me as a gift, because she explicitly asked me what I wanted. I told her to get me The Lost Symbol, by Dan Brown and she agreed. I should have asked for book vouchers instead. Dang!

It just dawned on me that many people have been telling me that Christmas is celebrated to mark the birth of Jesus of Nazareth, but if I'm not mistaken, didn't the Bible state that Jesus was born in March; of Jesus was born in March, what are we doing celebrating Christmas?

If my religious aunt were reading this, she'd launch into a lecture about the very foundations of Christianity.

Okay its almost 12. I intend to sleep now.

peace (:

Quick update. Counselling test was rotten after I realized I made a huge terrible mistake and immediately threw 5 marks down the rubbish chute. Abnormal Psych test on Tuesday and I'm seriously freaking out. I think I'm getting stupid by the minute ever since dance started. It's like I'm not as smart or hardworking as I used to be before( if I really were, that is), and all the other people seem to catching up and giving me a run for my money.

Gah! I seriously need to buck up.

Okay, off to drown in Abnormal Psych.

Delusion :

I'm giving a rat's ass about Chapter 1. Intend to focus on chapter 2 to 6.

( oh my god even the stupidity has so gotten to me. look at my spelling. What is HAPPENING to me? )

I can't wait for Christmas.

No.

Actually I can. I'm supposed to be NOT eating chocolate and garbage.

been relatively busy this past week. counselling test tomorrow - chapter 1 to 6. not confident about it. i cannot fail this test, or do badly.

next tuesday, abnormal psych term test. am trying to repress that thought.

*note:

repression: a form of psychological censorship in which one attempts to block out unwanted or traumatic episodes or memories by pushing them back into the subconscious

denial: claiming or believing something to be true when it is, in reality, false

got back A&P quiz, which made me depressed. what was more I had a horrid flu and cough for no reason. Got back APIP report as well.

I can wait for tests to start.
